Accommodation in Germany

There is a wide range of accommodation venues available in Germany – from small guest houses or “Pensionen”, holiday apartments or “Ferienwohnungen” up to comfortable hotels in different price ranges. Germany also offers an extensive network of excellent guest farms called “Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof” – especially for families with small children this is the ideal choice.

Generally speaking, accommodation is of high standard in Germany, yet rather less expensive than it is in South Africa. Finding places to stay for less than 25 Euro per person per night is not difficult.

We have selected recommendable accommodation venues in the main tourist destinations throughout Germany. In most of our listed houses the owners or managers speak English so that you can plan and enjoy your trip without language hassles.

All establishments can be booked directly by email. You normally do not have to submit your credit card details when you make a reservation. However, reservations are binding for both parties.
